How can I self-exclude ?

How to initiate the self-exclusion of your account.

Written by Guglio

At Rainbet, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming and offer users the option to take a break through self-exclusion. This feature allows you to temporarily lock your account, helping you maintain a balanced and responsible gaming experience.

To initiate self-exclusion:

  1. Scroll down to the Responsible Gaming section at the bottom of the page.

  2. Select Self-Exclusion and click on Request Self-Exclusion.

  3. Confirm your decision by clicking the link in the email sent to your registered address, which will activate the self-exclusion.

Understanding Self-Exclusion

After initiating self-exclusion, your account will undergo a 24-hour cooldown period. Once this period has passed, you'll receive another email. If you wish to continue with the self-exclusion, follow the instructions in the email to select the duration of your exclusion.

Self-exclusion is a serious decision, and we encourage you to consider it carefully before proceeding.

By confirming, you acknowledge the following:

  • The action is final and cannot be reversed during the selected duration.

  • Your account will be locked and inaccessible.

  • You will be unable to participate in any activities on Rainbet.

  • You will receive an email notification once the self-exclusion period ends.

Permanent Exclusion

If you wish to permanently close your account, our policy requires you to first complete a mandatory 24-hour self-exclusion, followed by a 90-day exclusion period. Once this consecutive process is complete, you may contact our Live Support team via chat or through the email address below to finalize your permanent closure request.

Please take the time to reflect on this decision. If you are sure, follow the steps outlined above and click 'Confirm' to proceed. If you need assistance or have any concerns, our support team is available 24/7 via live chat or at [email protected].
