An Interac deposit is a Canadian bank transfer.
To use this fiat deposit method, you must first complete email verification and Level 1 KYC in your Account Settings.
Once your account is verified, you can easily proceed with your deposit through the Wallet. The Interac option is located under the 'Banking' tab.
Navigate to your Wallet and click on 'Banking', then select 'Interac'.
Enter your desired deposit amount and your mobile phone number.
Click on the 'Deposit' button.
Follow the secure instructions provided by our banking partner to finalize the transfer.
Please make sure to follow all instructions carefully to avoid deposit delays:
Account Matching: Your bank account details must exactly match your registered KYC name and email.
Exact Amounts: The final transaction amount must match the exact amount requested in your deposit setup.
Tracking Code: If you select e-Transfer, you must include the provided tracking message/ref code in your bank's memo field.
Important: Transactions from third-party accounts or those with data mismatches will be automatically rejected and refunded by our banking provider within 1 to 3 business days.
