It’s our way of balancing out the math and giving you an extra cushion when luck isn't on your side!
Daily Reload
To provide you with the highest rewards possible, we’ve introduced the Daily Reload. When you claim this reward, a portion is added to your balance instantly, while the remaining balance is distributed into your Daily Reload. It unlocks in three equal parts every 8 hours. If you prefer, you can wait and claim all three reloads together at the end of the day!
Availability of Rewards
Every user is eligible to earn and claim rewards just by playing! Please note that our system operates on the UTC timezone, and all rewards are scheduled accordingly:
Daily Reward: Available at 00:00 UTC every day.
Weekly Reward: Available at 00:00 UTC every Monday.
Pre-Monthly Reward: Available on the 16th of every month.
Monthly Reward: Available at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month (please note there may be a slight processing delay based on your previous claims).
Please Note: All rewards expire once a new cycle starts. Your daily reward is claimable only until the next daily reward is issued; this same rule applies to all daily reload, weekly, pre-monthly, and monthly rewards. Be sure to claim them before they refresh!
