Common Withdrawal Issues and How to Resolve Them

Although highly uncommon, some transactions may encounter errors or fail to go through for various reasons. In this guide, you will find the most common causes, tips on how to avoid them, and steps to resolve any issues if they do occur.


Crypto Transactions

Error With My Transaction

Transactions may fail due to something fail with the processing, which isn't much trouble. If you see your transaction with an error on your Transactions Page, you can simply contact our team to cancel it.

ERC-20 Transaction Delayed

We work hard to constantly match real-time blockchain fees, but sudden network spikes can sometimes cause brief transaction delays. If you experience an issue, please reach out to our team immediately and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Bitcoin Transaction Pending

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by our team within 5 to 15 minutes. However, please note that cryptocurrency confirmation times can vary depending on the network fee type selected (Standard or Priority). If a sudden spike in blockchain fees occurs while your transaction is pending, it may take 45 to 60 minutes to fully confirm on the network.

Invalid Crypto Address

Always double-check the recipient address before submitting, as crypto addresses are unique to their intended network. If you place a request using an unsupported address for the selected currency or network, the transaction will fail. Should this happen, we can cancel the request and safely return the funds to your Rainbet wallet. Please note that we will only reject or cancel a transaction with your explicit confirmation, ensuring you never spend or lose funds without your knowledge.

I Withdrew to the Wrong Address, What Can I Do?

The responsibility of providing the correct wallet address rests entirely with the user. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, Rainbet assumes no responsibility for it, as the transfer was processed based on the user's direct input. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for transactions sent to incorrect addresses.


Interac Transactions

When withdrawing via Interac, the transaction notification will be sent directly to the email address and phone number you provided. Delivery times for these notifications typically vary between 5 and 20 minutes. If this time has passed, and you still have not received them, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Search terms, "Gigadat" or "Interac", in the email's SEARCH bar/field to filter results and only show relevant emails containing these keywords

  • Include Junk/"Spam"/Trash in the above Search Results if prompted, or check Junk/"Spam"/Trash thoroughly if no such prompt is shown

  • Turn conversation view/email threading off in email/inbox settings, as this may be grouping similar emails together, which can cause messages to not be displayed separately/individually

If you are still unable to locate the transaction after completing these steps, we will need to initiate a cancellation request with our payment processor. This issue typically happens if the email address provided was incorrect or if your mail provider filtered the notification.

Please contact us via live support or at [email protected] so we can start this process. The payment processor takes an estimated 1 to 3 business days to complete the cancellation, though it is usually resolved much sooner.


AstroPay

When requesting an AstroPay withdrawal, the transaction is typically completed as soon as our team approves it. If you do not receive the funds immediately, it is likely because you do not have an active AstroPay account, or you are located in an unsupported region. In these cases, the transaction will automatically fail within 24 hours. Once that time passes and we receive formal confirmation from AstroPay, we will credit the funds back to your Rainbet wallet. Please note that once a withdrawal is processed, we cannot cancel it manually until the provider confirms the failure.
