Ban Appeals
If your chat privileges have been restricted or your account suspended and you believe a mistake was made, you have the right to request a review.
How to Appeal a Chat Ban or Suspension

Include Necessary Information: To help us process your appeal quickly, please include:
Your username or account ID.
The email address associated with your account.
A brief explanation of the situation or why you believe the action was taken in error.
Wait for a Response: Our team reviews all appeal requests carefully. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for a member of our support team to investigate the issue and get back to you.
Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Repeated or severe violations of our community rules may not be eligible for reinstatement.
